Located at the base of Masonic Mountain, Chemung Mine was in operation from the early 1900's to about 1938. About a half dozen buildings survive, including the mill. There are several mines in the vicinity.

Chemung Mine is on the Masonic Road off CA-182 north of Bridgeport.
